SALES MARKETING SPECIALIST / SALES ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Responsible for selling Baymarine Subic Products and Services.
• Establishes a network of clientele to service the requirements of a particular target market.
• Maximizes effort in developing new accounts through product presentations / demonstrations and seminars to clients.
• Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
• Gives updates with existing and upcoming projects, analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by performing regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.
• Maintains customer rapport and builds relations with customers.
• Increases the market presence and market share.
• Monitors the flow of sales operations with every customer – from sales ordering, delivery and collection.
• Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing
• With at least 5-10 years of sales experience
• With good presentation skills (both verbal and written).
• Must possess strong people skills and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to do product and application training and troubleshooting at clients’ site.
• Able to work under pressure with target deadlines.
• With strong knowledge of market trends and conditions.
• Must be able to set strategies for introduction of new products.
• Must be computer literate and proficient with Presentation Software
• Must have an outgoing personality and be ready for outdoor adventures.
• With valid driver’s license
